Built for small and growing businesses in Nigeria and Ghana. Every app has a free plan, and each app is bought separately, so a business only pays for what it uses.

Features:
- Support cases: Every message becomes a case with its own number and your own prefix, like ACME-00001.
- Contacts: Every customer gets a contact record with their details and every case they've raised.
- Response templates: Create templates for your team to use when responding to customers, so common answers take seconds.
- Email channel (Standard plan): Connect Gmail or Google Workspace and customer emails become cases automatically. Replies thread back into the customer's email conversation. If the inbox disconnects, Vero warns you and catches up once you reconnect.
- Your own sender address (Standard plan): Replies go out from your own address, like support@yourcompany.com. Pick Google, Microsoft, Yahoo or Zoho and the settings fill in for you.
- Email authentication built in (Standard plan): Vero creates your DKIM record, checks your DNS and signs outgoing mail, so replies land in the inbox, not spam. If you also use Vero Send, it's the same record, so you only publish it once.
- Koko chat widget: Add a chat widget to your website with your own title, welcome text, colours and position. Lock it to your own domains so nobody else can embed it.
- Knowledgebase: Write FAQ articles in categories. Koko shows matching answers before the customer sends a message, which cuts repetitive tickets.
- Contact form: Embed a web form on your site that turns submissions into cases.
- API channel (Standard plan, Beta): Send messages into Vero Support from your own systems with an API key.
- Replies without logins: Customers reply through a secure link. No account needed.

## Vero Send

Email campaigns from your own address. Send marketing campaigns from your own address. Build newsletters and grow your subscriber list, all in one place.

Features:
- Drag-and-drop email builder: Build emails from heading, paragraph, image or GIF, video, button, spacer and divider blocks. Reorder them, set alignment and colours, and preview before sending.
- Subscriber management: Add subscribers by hand or by CSV import, organise them with tags, and view each subscriber's history.
- Newsletter sign-up page: A ready-made sign-up page to grow your list.
- Send from your own email: Connect your own email account. Settings fill in automatically for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zoho.
- Domain authentication: Vero creates your DKIM record, verifies it and signs every campaign. Sending stays blocked until your domain is verified, which protects your sender reputation. The record is shared with Vero Support.
- Higher limits for verified domains: A verified custom domain gets your plan's full monthly limit. An unverified custom domain gets 30%, and public addresses like Gmail get 10%.
- One-click unsubscribe: Every campaign includes unsubscribe links, the one-click unsubscribe headers Gmail and Yahoo expect, and a "view in browser" link.
- Queued sending: Campaigns send in the background, and you can resend to anyone it failed for.

## Vero Inventory

Stock and sales across every location. Know exactly what you have, where it is and what's selling. Track products, stock and sales across every store and warehouse.

Features:
- Products with variants: Give a product several sizes. It still counts as one product.
- Ready-made categories and brands: Pick from a standard catalogue of categories, subcategories and brands at setup, or add your own.
- Automatic SKUs and barcodes: Vero generates a unique SKU for every item, like 1HR2-SHI-00001-M-XL, or you can keep your existing SKUs. Barcodes are printable.
- Locations: Track stock separately for each store or warehouse.
- Stock moves: Adjust stock and transfer it between locations, with a full movement history.
- Point-of-sale terminal: Ring up sales in-store, with sales history and refunds.
- Dashboard: See total products, stock value, low-stock alerts, today's sales and products by category.

## Vero HR

People management for lean teams. Manage your workforce from one place. Track employees, process payslips and keep your business organised.

Features:
- Staff records: Full employee profiles with contact details, employment type, status, start date, photo, address, emergency contact and references.
- Departments and reporting lines: Create departments and assign managers.
- Staff IDs: Generated automatically with your own prefix, or keep your existing IDs.
- Employee documents: Store contracts, ID documents and certificates for each employee.
- Secure bank details: Account numbers are encrypted and only ever shown masked, like ****1234.
- Payroll engine: PAYE, employee and employer pension, and NHF, with Nigerian defaults you can change. Recurring allowances and deductions, one-off bonuses, and an itemised breakdown on every payslip.
- Automatic payroll: Pick a payslip day each month and payroll runs on its own. Each employee gets their payslip as a PDF by email.
- Leave management: Set an annual allowance and your own working week. Requests go to a manager or HR to approve or reject, with a holiday calendar and email notifications.
- Employee self-service portal: Staff log in with a one-time email code to view the holiday calendar and request leave.
